Laser cutting

We use a modern computer-controlled TruLaser 3030 Fiber laser from the Trumpf company to divide the material. It stands out for its flexibility and reliability. Economically cuts structural steel in all thicknesses up to max. 20 mm. The TruDisk 4001 solid-state laser enables the processing of non-ferrous metals and at the same time ensures the advantage of high productivity, especially in the area of thin sheets. Maximum dimension of processed sheet metal: 1500x3000mm. Maximum material thickness: Structural steel - 20 mm, Stainless steel - 15 mm, Aluminum - 15 mm, Copper - 6 mm, Brass - 6 mm

Punching machine

For some materials or operations, dividing the material using a punching machine is more appropriate. In our company, we use a Trumpf TruPunch3000 press with a maximum working space of 2500 x 1250 mm.

We punch sheet metal up to a thickness of 3 mm.

Sheet metal bending

We bend processed sheet metal parts on CNC bending presses:

• Trumpf Trubend 5085 – pressing force 85 t, bar length 2210 mm
• Trumpf Trubend 5170 – pressing force 170 t, bar length 3230 mm
• HOL 40NC/800 – pressing forces 40 t, bar length 800 mm

Machine deburring

To remove burrs after punching and laser cutting, we purchased a deburring and grinding machine RWT BSM 1100 combining a belt unit and a disc unit for ideal deburring and rounding of edges. Maximum width of the ground part is 1100 mm.
